Subscription Policy – Enchanted Mail Club

This Subscription Policy explains how the Enchanted Mail Club subscription works. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Overview of the Subscription
Enchanted Mail Club is a monthly subscription service provided by Tania Miresan Art.
Subscribers will receive a package of illustrated products every month, based on the chosen tier:
Dreamer: A6 Print
Wanderer: A6 Print + Bookmark
Enchanted: A6 Print + Bookmark + Sticker
All envelopes are shipped monthly. Since I personally prepare each package with care, the ship date may vary slightly each month (e.g. weekends, holidays).
The exact availability and ship date for the each month’s package is always shown in the product listing photo.
2. Billing & Payments
Subscribers are billed automatically on their sign-up date and every month thereafter.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards and other supported methods).
No free trial or introductory offer is available at this time.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide, with shipping costs included in the subscription price.
Delivery times vary by location:
Domestic (Romania): 2–5 business days via Curier Rapid;
International: Up to 25 business days (International Shipping - Untracked via Postal Service).
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Please keep in mind that the delivery time is estimated, and we cannot guarantee it, nor do we have any control over it. During Holidays, promotional campaigns, etc., estimated time can be longer due to increased shipment volumes (it might take up to 6-8 weeks for some envelopes to be delivered).
Delayed or undelivered shipments
If your package has not been delivered within eight (8) weeks from the date of shipment, please contact us at contact@taniamiresanart.com.
Upon receipt of your notice, we will verify the shipping address provided at checkout and confirm that the applicable delivery timeframe has elapsed.
Requests for refunds due to non-delivery made before four (4) weeks from the date of shipment will generally not be accepted, as standard postal delivery times may vary. However, we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
Where we are unable to confirm delivery within eight (8) weeks, you will be entitled, at your option, to either: (i) a replacement shipment (subject to product availability and confirmation of the correct delivery address), or (ii) a refund of the amounts paid for the undelivered package, including standard shipping costs.
In the event that the relevant item is no longer available (for example, in the case of limited or one-of-a-kind artworks), our sole obligation will be to refund the amounts paid for that item, including standard shipping costs.
In the event that your envelope is returned to us by the postal carrier as undeliverable, we will treat the order as cancelled and issue a refund of the amounts paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
If your package did not arrive within 8 weeks, please contact us at contact@taniamiresanart.com and we will double check your address and send a new one.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at contact@taniamiresanart.com.
If you cancel after billing but before shipping, you will receive that month’s package, and no further charges will occur after that.
Once an order has been shipped, we do not offer cancellations or refunds except as expressly provided under the “Delayed or undelivered shipments” section of these Terms and in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
5. Renewals
All subscriptions auto-renew by default each month on the same calendar day you signed up, using the payment method provided at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.
If a renewal payment cannot be processed (for example, due to insufficient funds, expired card or other payment issues), our payment processor will automatically attempt to process the payment up to three (3) times, at intervals of seven (7) days. During this period, you may update your payment details to allow the charge to go through.
If, after these attempts, the renewal payment still cannot be processed, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and you will no longer be billed or receive future subscription mailings. You may start a new subscription at any time, subject to availability.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
