Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-4 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using Romanian National Post/Packeta for International orders or an express courier (e.g: Fan Courier, Cargus, GLS, FedEx, etc) for Domestic orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SC TRONLINE SRL  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. SC TRONLINE SRL is not responsible for delays due to customs.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Domestic (within Romania): 1-3 business days.

European Union: 7-25 business days.

Everywhere else: 10-25 business days.

Please keep in mind that the delivery time is estimated, and we cannot guarantee it, nor do we have any control over it. During Holidays, promotional campaigns, etc., estimated time can be longer due to increased shipment volumes.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@taniamiresanart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
